Offers in the region of £100,000 for each plot. Two buildings plots set in 4.7 acres of land offering peace and tranquillity surrounded by forest and sea. A very rare opportunity to purchase building plots set in a stunning location with easy access to a safe anchorage and the main road. These plots are located on the only flat area of ground, by the river at Kinloch, Sleat, Isle of Skye. The views are South across the sea loch, Loch na Dal, out to the Sound of Sleat and to Knoydart on the mainland beyond and West towards the Cuillin Hills in the distance. These plots also have the added advantage of being within a short stroll of the world renowned Kinloch Lodge which boasts a wonderful award winning restaurant (3 AA rosettes, Eat Scotland Gold Award and a listing within the Good Food Guide). These plots really are in a truly glorious setting by a peaceful shoreline in Sleat on the wonderfully romantic Isle of Skye. The plots are being sold subject to obtaining planning permission for the erection of a house on each one. This is a very rare opportunity to purchase land in such a sought after location and build your dream home.

Directions

Travel routes to Skye: Take the A82 south from Inverness ( Inverness is well served by several airlines and is approximately 98 miles distant) or the A82 North from Glasgow then take the A87 to Kyle of Lochalsh and the bridge over to Skye. If you then follow the road for approximately 8 miles and turn left just before the village of Broadford you will find that Kinloch is approximately 6 miles due south on your left. An alternative route is the Armadale Ferry which goes between Mallaig on the west coast mainland and Armadale on Skye (about 10 miles south of Kinloch). After passing through Fort William take the A830 to Mallaig. It is also possible to take a train from Glasgow via Fort William to Mallaig passing through some famously scenic landscapes.
