About ESPC

Since its launch in 1971, Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) has grown to become the leading force in residential property marketing throughout east central Scotland. The flagship showroom in George Street, Edinburgh welcomes over 5,500 visitors each week and over 45,000 house hunters pick up ESPC Homepages, the single biggest guide to residential property in east central Scotland, from a range of outlets every week.

Espc.com gives access to every property currently for sale through ESPC member firms and provides a property search service and a personalised matching service, which notifies buyers of suitable properties by email, as well as information on the full range of ESPC services. In 1998, ESPC launched a sister brand, Solicitors Property Shop (SPS), in England and Wales, supported by a dedicated website, sps.net. Around 70 member firms now provide the SPS estate agency service. In June 2001, ESPC and SPS were brought together under the name of ESPC (UK) Ltd in a move to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
